Thank you so much for your comment! I will definitely get in touch with Miseracordia and see if they are interested. Currently, the book is only in ebook format, but perhaps we can do something with that or at least send them flyers/bookmarks to put in the gift shop.

My wife visited The Lambs community near Chicago years ago with the idea that at some point our daughter might want to live independently in a community of people with special needs. I don't know if you are familiar with The Lambs, but Miseracordia sounds very much like that community.

Again, thank you so much for your comment, and if you will send me your email address, I would be happy to send you a free copy (pdf, html, or Word document) of the book to read.

Thank you, Collette, for your kind words. The work is hard, but I know in the long run, if I persist, it will pay off. Good luck with your work as well.
I'm very pleased with the great job Dvorah did with the interview, and I know she works hard to help authors "get the word out"!

Joseph, that was a great interview and very well put. We all spend the joyful hours writing, and then the painful hours of marketing come into play. You're right to mention that it's a lot of hard work and a necessary evil to get out there and interact socially. Dvorah, great questions!

Nice book cover. Sounds like a cool book. Miseracordia is a community near my home in Chicago for people with Down syndrome. They run a real nice restaurant and bakery that gives the kids a place to work and interact with the community around them. They may be interested in your book for their gift shop.
