I highly recommend D'vorah Lansky's new book, Book Marketing Made Easy. This comprehensive well-organized guide covers every aspect of online book marketing an author or Indie publisher needs -- everything from building a platform and social networking for authors to blogging, presenting teleseminars, article marketing, online video, and how to make residual income by converting content to different informational products. What I especially like about the book is its organization and design -- the use of lots of subheads and bullets, for examaple, and two important lists that end each chapter: "Keys" (main points to rmember from the chapter) and "... Resources," which includes "cool tools" and relevant online links. Not only that, but Lansky ends the book with a valuable free e-book "Quick Start Guide to Book Marketing" along with a pdf progress-tracking chart. And ... her support to readers extends beyond the book through her "Authors Marketing Circle" online community of authors. IF you've written a book or are on your way to becoming an author, don't miss this one!

Jason Alster, Author and Video Book Trailer Expert As someone who runs a book networking group , is an author of a few books and videos , and also started a book trailer service, I was happy to read Book Marketing Made Easy by D’vorah Lansky. I had heard D’vorah speak in person a few times at seminars and knew she was an expert in social media for authors and book marketing. I was able to read the book in one afternoon, knowing there are many reference resources I might use in the future. This is a hands on workbook and I found myself clicking on the different links on the e-book version and saving web pages to my favorites bar throughout the book. I especially liked two sections dealing with teleseminars and book videos and trailers. This was the first time I found a teleseminar section so detailed for authors and ripe in ways for turning them into profit. I also was happy that D’vorah supports the idea of having book trailers and explains why, since there is much confusion as to their proper usage. For anyone intending to market their book , in other words all authors today, D’vorah’s Book Marketing Made Easy will be a necessary compliment. https://sites.google.com/site/booktrailervideos

Deborah A Bailey author of “Think Like an Entrepreneur: Transforming Your Career and Taking Charge of Your Life” As a person who recently published a book, I’m always looking for ways to get the word out. There are so many people out there saying they have advice on how to market, but often their information is hard to understand – or worse there are no clear steps for implementation. That’s what made D’vorah Lansky’s book such a great read. She breaks down all of the ways that authors can promote their books, re-purpose their content and make money. This should be required reading for every author! If you want to have all of the steps that you need to promote yourself on social media, use article marketing or get exposure on blogs – this is the book that will break it all down for you. I have no doubt that my own book marketing is going to get a big boost now that I have access to D’vorah’s insights and resources. www.DBaileyCoach.com

Carl Bozeman
Carl Bozeman, author of the book: On Being God – Beyond Your Life’s Purpose D’vorah’s book, “Book Marketing Made Easy” is a “tell all.” Not the kind of “tell all” that exposes the deep dark secrets of someone’s life but an exposing of the multitude of ways available to any author or book publisher to market their books and any number of “other” products they wish to create, which by the way , D’vorah even defines what those other products can be. No stone is left unturned; the book is packed with information that is almost overwhelming were it not for the way D’vorah breaks it into nice manageable chunks. Each chapter in its own right is, as she presents the label, VIBRANT. Full of useful information and resources to make each topic a “Marketing Machine” all by itself but presented in a structured and easy to follow manor. D’vorah’s teaching background comes through on every page. If you’re just beginning start with Chapter 1 and work through each to create a comprehensive marketing campaign. If you’re a novice pick a chapter and go to work. Follow the guidelines on any page and you’re sure to become a marketing star. www.Spiritual-Intuition.com

Grady Brown, Dayspring Bible Ministries, author of That All May Be Fulfilled and That’s What I Have…That’s Who I Am! D'vorah Lansky’s Book Marketing Made Easy is a treasure trove of resources. A little short on “how-to,” but exceedingly rich in “what-to.” But, hey, I’m a big boy and I can figure it out if someone will just point me to it! There are pointers galore in D'vorah’s book for writers of non-fiction. However, writers of this category of books are not the only ones who can benefit from the ideas and strategies revealed here. In fact, not only books, but any kind of product can be marketed using many of these methods and tactics. My fantasy used to be that I could clone about six more MEs in order to get done all the things on my to-do list. After reading Book Marketing Made Easy my to-do list has grown to such an extent that I am now fantasizing about 12-15 of those clones! www.GodTalkBlog.com

"Absolutely solid, and valuable information for authors whose books will certainly gain more visibility after implementing. Great job!" Having your book accepted by a publisher, or even if self-published, is a wonderful literary achievement, yet being a published author takes not only gutsy passion, but persistence and a willingness to do the work necessary to generate book sales. With over 100,000 new titles being published each month, authors are expected to take an active role in the marketing process beyond their literary achievement. Book Marketing Made Easy by author, Dvorah Lansky, ©2011, teaches authors how to promote their books using Online relationship marketing strategies. Lansky uses straight-forward language and an informal writing style to explain steps that is refreshing. She also does a good job of not just outlining what needs to be done, but goes into detail as to why to implement strategies, along with recommendations. The latter is especially useful to those who are unfamiliar with these Internet resources. The information will acquaint authors with marketing tactics that will place them steps ahead of the game when followed. I’m well versed in marketing strategies, but the author made the step-by-step procedures of certain elements that I previously shied away from, easy to implement. Naturally, I will be using them as I continue marketing my books. I highly recommend Book Marketing Made Easy. ***** Cherry-Ann Carew Co-author of the bestseller How The Fierce Handle Fear www.cherryanncarew.com

Once again, Dvorah has over delivered. The tips in the introduction alone are worth more than the price tag on this book. Preparing for my own book launch, I felt lost and very overwhelmed. So I was grateful for the easy, clear steps described. It was easy to schedule them on my calendar and reference the book when needed. This isn't just a book but a true resource, one of the cherished and well used kind that I am sure I will keep close on my desk for a long time. Cinda Crawford, host of the Health Matters Show and Creator of Sacred Cellular Healing I expected no less than excellence from D’vorah Lansky and her new book release, “Book Marketing Made Easy.” Yet at first, third and fifth readings, I continue to receive so much more. I am officially amazed at its content and advice. As long as I’ve been writing, blogging and speaking, the volume of absolutely “required” information that one needs to know and she so innocently includes within these pages (while tucking within the paragraphs some of the newest, hottest and and most valuable tidbits I’ve ever heard about anywhere!) is most impressive. She has such a skilled way of teaching you how to do all of this really tough stuff and accomplish it easily and in record time. Already my book has notes in the margin, lots of dos and even more donts. There will be no need to look at competitive books because this one will be around for a long, long while. www.HealthMattersShow.com

Catherine Davis

Catherine Davis, author: Talking With God Dvorah Lansky’s Book Marketing Made Easy makes even a non-savvy computer user feel as though it could be done—you could sell your book online. Every chapter focuses on a specific aspect of online marketing. Not only does Lansky give step-by-step guidance, but at the end of each chapter she offers a short summary and then a valuable list of online resources. I especially appreciated the emphasis on relationship marketing, with practical suggestions for making it work. I was not aware of several features of the internet she covers, including niche article sites. Her acronym for remembering the topics she covers in the book: VIBRANT, is also an apt description of the tone of this very helpful guide. Thank you, Dvorah Lansky!

If only I had this book 12 months ago, it would have saved me a year of precious life, untold stress, struggle and frustration, and literally thousands of dollars in hyped-up telecourses and lengthy memberships that feed you information through an eye-drop, at their own pace and in an sequence that is totally irrelevant to your needs at the time they are delivered. Not only does the book offer a comprehensive yet concise view of all aspects of marketing and social media without fluff, but it allows you to print out, highlight and focus on the segment you need to work on. But the priceless nugget you get out of this book are all the resources and links at your fingertips, without getting lost in cyberspace trying to figure out who provides the services generally alluded to. D’vorah Lansky’s book, Book Marketing Made Easy does just that. The book is most helpful because she clearly defines exactly what various venues such as blog talk, Facebook and many others are, and how and why they will help your book sales. Then she lists the best places to go for these. Then she tells you how to enhance your time and effort so that more persons learn about your book and want to get it. The book goes far beyond having a blog and telling others about it. I find it most valuable that she tells how to get your marketing efforts “viral.” Take her concept of multiple article submissions through www.SubmitMoreArticles.com. That advice alone is worth the price of the book. There are so many great ideas here I can follow. The concept of having a video presentation of the visualization exercises from my book, is another great idea. I will immediately pursue that one. If you have a book to sell, get this book. Dvorah's awesome book, "Book Marketing Made Easy," is a necessary tool you must have for your tool box. I met Dvorah at Bob "The Teacher" Jenkins' first SIMPLE workshop in 2010. When I met her I knew immediately she was a down to Earth gal that used practical knowledge, procedures and skills to create perfection. Her book is a trademark of your character and she used a format similar to that of a checklist. Being a retired military and airline pilot, I relate to step by step procedures. She takes you from the beginning through all the necessary and productive steps you need to accomplish your end result which is your superior book. Marketing a book has never been easy – I know, because I’ve had over 25 books published and each time the marketing process has become increasingly complex. Trade publishers, bless their hearts, say they will market your books but usually this amounts to very little, and their expertise in the online environment is limited. If you self-publish, you’re on your own anyway. Result? It’s DIY time. Available media for marketing have exploded into myriad platforms online, so devising a marketing plan for your book is ten times as complex as it was even ten years ago. Unless you have expert guidance through this maze, your chances of success are slim. I’ve read a number of books about book marketing online, but D’vorah Lansky’s “Book Marketing Made Easy” is by far the most comprehensive I’ve seen. I would strongly recommend anyone wishing to mount an effective campaign to buy this book and keep it handy for reference; if you do, your book’s success is almost guaranteed. I thoroughly enjoyed your book. It went from the pedestrian primer that most position themselves as to a treatise on “how to” that is practical and actionable. I felt the testimonials early in the book were an excellent touch adding to the “why” I should read this book. I was personally please to see Daniel Hall quoted as I am a current student of his. The quotes regarding “serving others first” and “building relationships first and money ($) second” again is consistent with those quoted but an excellent reminder. This is especially strong when marketing online as the internet gives us that viral ability to connect both with our existing customers but bring our message to market so readily. Lastly, the inclusion of teleseminars, I felt, was outstanding. The ability to “real time” interact with the world-at-large further enhances our ability to interact and develop the aforementioned relationship. Two (2) thumbs up! The perfect book for nonfiction authors in a hurry! Book Marketing Made Easy delivers a concise, readable overview of the critical marketing areas nonfiction authors need to navigate to build their brand and sell more books. There are several key areas where Book Marketing Made Easy stands out: First, conciseness. There's no fluff or excess baggage in this book. D'vorah makes every word count; every page contains helpful ideas that can help nonfiction authors get the word out about their book and their brand.

Second, balance. Unlike marketing books that focus on a single media or technique, D'vorah advocates an integrated, balanced approach that leverages multiple marketing opportunities and creates synergy between them.

Third, it's easy to read. Not only is the writing crisp, but D'vorah's VIBRANT acronym provides an easy way to remember her main points and the different techniques that, together, can take a good book to great sales.

I took away several new book marketing and profitability ideas from Book Marketing Made Easy, and I'm sure you will, too.
